Wes Shindler

With 25 years of industry experience, Wes focuses on building relationships while providing investment and financial planning guidance with the care and expertise you deserve.

Wes has experience in the Prospera Financial Services home office as an advisor and previously as a director of the supervision and audit groups. Other former positions include trader, trading manager, operations manager, and compliance manager. Wes obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Texas and is Series 7, 63, 66, 24 & 55 licensed. He also holds the AIF designation, which stands for Accredited Investment Fiduciary. The AIF program provides detailed instruction on how to comply with the fiduciary standards of care and introduces the participant to the 22 Prudent Investment Practices developed by the Foundation for Fiduciary Studies. As such, Wes takes pride in holding this designation and being held to a standard of excellence in serving his clients in their best interest.

When he is not spending time at the office, he enjoys being a husband, father, and especially a hockey dad to his son. Wes balances a perfect blend of precision and personality - and always leads with his heart.
